But every now and then, I’m entrusted with something truly special – capturing the enduring love and partnership of fellow photographers. In May, I had the pleasure of photographing the anniversary session of a remarkable couple against the breathtaking backdrop of Tofino’s stunning beaches. I was so excited to continue you my journey as a destination photographer and become a Tofino Photographer for the day.
From the moment I met Natalie and Brady it was evident that their bond was not only romantic but also deeply intertwined with their shared passion for photography. Our adventure began at the iconic Tacofino, a beloved taco truck that serves up more than just delicious food – it’s a quintessential Tofino experience. Surrounded by the vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas, we captured candid moments of laughter and shared glances, setting the tone for an evening of genuine moments.
From Tacofino, we ventured to Cox Bay and then to Long Beach, where the rugged coastline and endless expanse of ocean provided the perfect backdrop for our session. Against the backdrop of crashing waves and towering cliffs, the couple embraced, danced, and reveled in each other’s company, their love radiating with every frame. It was the perfect evening to be a photographer in Tofino.
